Mindy Borrok is a Tax Principal with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She works closely with high net worth individuals and real estate owners, operators, investors and developers.
Mindy’s experience extends to:
- Providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts,
and foundations - Tax planning and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for high net worth individuals
- Reviewing partnership agreements to determine the proper allocation of income
- Advising on the tax impact of current and new laws and regulations
- Conducting various special projects relating to calculation of gains relating to potential sales,
754 step-up, and transfer of partnership interests.
EDUCATION AND LICENSES
Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Albany. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in New York State.
