Berdon Tax Partner and Co-Leader of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice, Meyer Mintz, was quoted in The Real Deal‘s article, which examined how real estate investors and their tax advisors are adapting to and planning for potential legislative changes under the Biden administration. Meyer noted that, “More people are looking to do estate planning now or actually executing on plans that in the past they have been hesitant to deal with.”
